Field Careers

HBI's Field Crews are responsible for all aspects of aerial and underground cable installation. This includes loading and unloading equipment at each jobsite, locating existing utilities, preparing cable routes, placing cable, and site restoration. HBI field positions consist of Laborers, Operators and Aerial Technicians. Field leadership positions include Area Managers and Foremen who ensure all customer expectations, employee safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations are met.

Office Careers

HBI’s office team includes Bidding, Marketing, Human Resources, Construction, Finance and Safety departments. Because we have such a large geographical reach, we have three office locations in the United States.

Fleet Maintenance Careers

Our fleet maintenance (shop) team handles the majority of HBI’s equipment repairs. Our full-service maintenance facility employs mechanics with a wide range of experience. We provide customized and personalized service in addition to preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicles and equipment, both large and small. Our shop is ASE Certified for diesel engines, brakes, suspension and steering. We also specialize in hydraulic systems, hose fabrication, electrical systems and pneumatic systems.
